Talk 2: Implementing End to end MLOps in Cloud
In this topic I will discuss the MLOps process in general and discuss the challenges our customers face in operationalizing the models in production. The session will then focus on the building blocks for the MLOps framework, considerations we should take to build end to end MLOps solution (starting from experimentation, model registry, feature store, hyper parameter tuning, model fairness and feature importance assessment etc.) and explain the overall process blueprint. I will then discuss one customer use case and do a demo of an end-to-end ML Framework for one of the customer engagements.
