Aaron Schein uses statistical models to understand and predict factors that drive voter turnout in U.S. political elections. With guidance from advisers David Blei and Donald Green, he works to measure causal effects of friend-to-friend voter mobilization efforts through large-scale digital field experiments. He partners with a voter mobilization app and a polling company that amasses survey response data from U.S. voters, to use modern data science to answer questions in political science.
