Data Profiler is Capital One’s open source machine learning technology for data monitoring. As a Python library, Data Profiler helps users analyze and monitor big data and detect information that should be properly protected. Data can be loaded with a single command and automatically formatted and loaded into a DataFrame. Data Profiler identifies the schema, statistics, entities (PII/ NPI) and more. Data profiles can then be used downstream in applications or reports.
