Speakers & Talks

Kenny Bean: Introduction to Federated Learning: High Level Concept and the FMA

This talk will discuss the future of distributed model training regiments with the exciting technology of Federated Learning (FL). We will go over how FL works, some variations of designs, how data drives the system and how you can help improve a CapitalOne sponsored open source tool The Federated Model Aggregation Service by becoming a developer and interacting with our team through issue resolution, tutorials for the tool, and submitting PRs for review!

Kenny will present remotely

Kevin Gao: Grembe, Graph Embeddings at Capital One

We will discuss Grembe, our internal graph machine learning platform which leverages NLP learning techniques to find connections and similarities between customers and merchants.
