Nayah Yisrael is the Human Resources Manager at Columbia University’s Data Science Institute, where she supports faculty, staff, and researchers through HR operations. Prior to this role, she served as a Senior HR Generalist at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. Nayah holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College and is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management at Stony Brook University. With a strong background in higher education and healthcare, Nayah brings expertise in academic HR, talent acquisition, compliance, and process optimization.Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and assisting with event planning for birthdays, anniversaries, and congregational gatherings.
