Professor Suk is an Assistant Professor of Applied Statistics at Teachers College, Columbia University. Suk works at the intersection of data science and education.

In her research, she looks at developing and applying quantitative methods to address practical and important problems in the educational, social, and behavioral sciences. Specifically, her research areas include causal machine learning, quasi-experimental designs, multilevel modeling, optimal treatment regimes, and algorithmic fairness.
