Conference rooms (equipped with laptop hookup for computer projection, whiteboard and conference call polycom) are available to Data Science Institute faculty, researchers, administration and students:
- 417 Mudd (boardroom seating for 10)
- 429 Mudd (boardroom seating for 6)
- 535A Mudd (boardroom seating for 8)
Reservations must be submitted via the DSI Meeting Room Booking System (*LOGIN REQUIRED) and are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Requests should include contact information, meeting purpose and expected number of attendees.
* Login Credentials
Eligibility for login credentials include:
- DSI Faculty with an office in DSI space
- Officers of Research and PhD Students with an assigned DSI workstation
- Center Chairs
- DSI Administration
Requests for login credentials may be sent to the DSI Support Center via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Preference for these spaces are given to DSI faculty, researchers and administration.
Northwest Corner Beacon (NWC14), 14th Floor, Northwest Corner Building
Reservation requests for NWC14 (boardroom seating for 20) must be submitted via email to email@example.com.
Requests must include host name, DSI affiliation, day, time frame, name of meeting and expected number of attendees.
Please note, fire code regulations limit the maximum capacity for the 14th Floor to 28, which includes a team of 8 DSI staff members during regular business hours.
Preference for this space is given to SEAS Deans Office, DSI administration and faculty.
Room use is limited to academic activities including meetings and discussion groups.
