Joyee To joined the Data Science Institute at Columbia University as the Assistant Director for Strategic Partnerships in September 2024. She brings three years of experience from her previous role at Columbia’s Office of Research Initiatives and Development, where she was instrumental in coordinating visits from external agencies and managing site-visit planning for large-scale grant funding opportunities.
Prior to Columbia, Joyee held operations-focused roles at Givewith, a social impact SaaS startup, and Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors, a renowned architecture firm in New York City. Earlier in her career, she worked in theater production with organizations such as Disney Theatrical Productions and Juniper Street Productions. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Joyee holds a BFA in Stage Management from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School.
