I was born and raised in Italy, where I graduated with a Master of Arts in Mathematical Economics. I obtained my Master of Science in Statistics and Econometrics at the Institute of Statistics of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). I obtained my PhD in Statistics from the same Institute.
My research lies at the intersection of Non-parametric Statistics, Time Series and Multivariate Analysis. More specifically, I am interested in dimension-reduction, matrix-factorization and localized-estimation for high-dimensional stochastic processes characterized by smoothly time-varying parameters.
