Hosted by the Data Science Institute and Columbia Engineering

Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) progress has stalled. Your work can change that.

Join Mike Knoop (Co-Founder, Zapier) and François Chollet (Founder, Keras) on the ARC Prize 2024 University Tour, exploring frontier AGI research that challenges current industry benchmarks and beliefs.

Forever the great dream of the field of AI, AGI that can invent and discover alongside us would bring unimaginable benefits to humanity. However, no amount of scale will allow machines alone to efficiently learn new skills the way humans do.

At this event, we’ll dive deep into technical approaches designed to defeat Abstraction and Reasoning Corpus for Artificial General Intelligence (ARC-AGI) – the only AI benchmark that measures our progress toward true intelligent systems. Information about how Columbia students and researchers can enter this $1M prize competition will be shared.

This event is open to only Columbia affiliated faculty, students, and researchers.
